Dallas to commemorate National Adopt-A-Shelter-Cat Month with open house
June is National Adopt-a-Shelter-Cat month. In honor of this, Dallas Animal Services is hosting an Open House to showcase cats available for adoption, the benefits of adopting from a shelter, and providing specific information about cat ownership responsibilities.
This event will happen on Saturday, June 20th from 11a-3p at Dallas Animal Services. The facility is located at 1818 N. Westmoreland, Dallas TX – just a few minutes west of downtown Dallas.
Adoption fees for cats/kittens are just $55. Dogs/puppies are $85. All fees include current vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip. In addition, a bag of Hill’s Science Diet pet food and a coupon for a free pet physical will be sent home with any animal adopted.
