The Royal Town Crier takes the time to announce at Elm Street Tattoo.
Because he is usually too busy to fulfill most requests, Dallas' self-proclaimed town crier, Hansel von Quenzer, advises others on how to be a town crier. But, later, he takes the time to announce at Elm Street Tattoo, where Oliver Peck hopes to break the world record for drawing tattoos on the most number of people within 24 hours.
