Coppell wants your float in their Patriotic Parade
The City of Coppell will be holding their annual Patriotic Parade on Saturday, July 4 (appropriately enough).
If you'd like to participate as more than a spectator (i.e., you've got a great idea for a float and want to follow through with building and operating it), you've got until June 26 to head on over to the My Coppell website and fill out an application. (See "Special Events" down in the right-hand menu column.)
The parade will run along Parkway Blvd. starting from Samuel at 10 a.m., and proceed west to Town Center. There is no charge to enter the parade, but all organizations must complete an entry form and attend a pre-parade meeting in order to participate.
The pre-parade meeting is set for Monday, June 29 at 6 p.m. in Town Center Council Chambers.
