Recession is discouraging developers from destroying old Dallas homes
DALLAS Hey, there's a plus side to the crappy economy: Evil developers aren't trying to mow down old houses. Dallas' planning department hasn't seen any demolition requests in two months.

Thank god they have stopped now I hope we can save the Majestic Theatre and other theatre's in Dallas, once they open up the Art District in the fall....A/T, eyeball on urban developement...
