Mansfield residents upset over homeowner’s association abuse of power
Two residents in the Remington Ranch neighborhood of Mansfield are hopping mad at their homeowner's association after both had property towed without proper notification. Wayne Simmons left his SUV in his yard for 45 minutes before it was towed, while Carrie Brown had her boat towed before ever receiving a warning letter from the HOA.

He parked his car in his lawn? That is one of the tackiest things I have ever heard, I'm glad the towed his car.
Seriously, who does that? I hope he learned his lesson to never to something as trashy as that again.
As for the boat, rules are rules, she knowingly broke the rules and is mad that they towed her instead of writing her a letter telling her that she broke a rule that she already knew she broke and did so willingly.
What is wrong with people?

I park my vehicle in the lawn when I am washing it, so as to avoid putting all that unnecessary water down the storm drain and wetting up my neighbors' curbs. Am I trashy?
