Shaken, Not Stirred movie series: From Russia with Love
- When: Saturday, June 27, 2009, 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Where: TI Founders IMAX, 1318 2nd Avenue, Dallas
- Cost: $5 - $6
- Age limit: Not available
Remember when James Bond was Sean Connery (or vice-versa)? If you do, then one of these products might be for you.
And here's an event that might be for you, too, coming up on Saturday (June 27) at the TI Founders IMAX Theater in Fair Park:
It's the first of three films in the "Shaken, Not Stirred" movie series put on by the DALLAS Film Society in partnership with the Museum of Nature and Science.
Lobby doors open at 6:30, at which time you might care to partake of one of the titular beverages - or something of the non-alcoholic, carbonated variety, if such be your preference.
Commingle with fellow secret agent fanciers prior to (and after) the show. Practice that suave and debonair-looking pose where you cross one ankle over the other whilst aiming your silenced Beretta skyward. Hurl bon mots and wryly observe who volleys them back.
Or just kick back and drink like a gin-swilling fish. (Providing your driver's on duty.)
