There was a reason the police didn't find any roach clips in their raid...

Hardbody's, a classy little topless joint in East Arlington, is fighting with the city after its annual permit was taken away in October.

Police Chief Theron Bowman revoked the club's permit after his department found marijuana being kept on the premises during a raid. A lawyer for Hardbody's states that the pot was taken from a customer and was intended to be destroyed, but that the raid happened before they could do so.

The city rejected the club's appeal to regain its permit. Hardbody's now has an appeal in state district court.
