2

— I've been looking forward to the opening of Yutaka Yamato's sake lounge for some time, and was delighted to receive this gorgeous invite in the mail recently.

Along with specialty sakes and "infusions," Sharaku features Kumamoto oysters, flounder chips, edamame, pressed sushi, and Moro Q (bite sized cucumber cups w/ moromi miso) -- excellent with sake.

anybody know if the sake list has been added to yet? It was fairly unimpressive around time of the opening.

Looks like this area might be the new "Little Tokyo" of the Dallas restaurant scene. Classic toungue twisting names for us to remember. Quote in office, Monday morning,.."Where did you go eat Friday night Evelyn? Evelyn replies, "Oh we ate at Sarakataka Sushimoro Bistro Lounge on Friday night,...I think?". Puzzled look on face, "I think that is what it is called, we just had sushi though!".
