Mixed martial arts seminar held in Addison
TeeCherry of B4 Fitness teamed up with former UFC fighter Pete Spratt to host the iFight MMA Seminar that was held this past weekend at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Addison. The event brought out some of the best athletes that Dallas had to offer.
The event purpose was to promote the real meaning behind MMA and that it’s not just a brutal and violent art of martial arts. The discipline, techniques and demonstrations was just some of many things that were taught by Pete Spratt. TeeCherry of B4 Fitness is also coordinating the iFight Seminar with Pete Spratt in August, but it will focus on the youth side of MMA along with the do’s and the don’ts of the sport.
The next iFight MMA Seminar is slated to be held in October in San Antonio, which will focus on the business side of MMA as well as the techniques. For more information on when the next iFight Seminar will be in your area or to see what other seminars that B4 Fitness is hosting, visit B4 Fitness' website.
