UPDATED with video: Crash ends high speed chase through Dallas County
A 1 1/2 hour long chase of a car that fled Dallas County constables ended when the car was broadsided by a pickup in Richardson. Constables tried to pull the driver over in Mesquite, but he led them on a chase all over the county. The driver is suspected of controlled substance violations.
