Arlington’s Forum 303 Crossing wins DBJ award for best real estate financing deal
According to the Dallas Business Journal, the team behind the Forum 303 development in Arlington excelled above all others in the wheeling and dealing that's required to close a big financing deal. Their efforts are even more to be lauded in light of the current economic conditions, one supposes.
The developer, Panattoni - whose tag line, "International Vision/Local Focus," we can certainly get behind - is the largest private development company in the U.S. The $22.5 million investment in the Forum 303 Crossing will lead to 504,000 square-feet of quality office/warehouse space on 29 acres. When it opens in the fall 2009, it is anticipated to create about 200 jobs and further redevelopment efforts in the Great Southwest Industrial District.
