Irving-based Darling International acquires Georgia-based Boca Industries

Darling International Inc. has completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Boca Industries. Boca Industries, headquartered in Smyrna, Georgia, is a leading provider of grease trap services to restaurants and food service establishments in Georgia and surrounding states. Darling International Inc. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Randall Stuewe said, "We are excited about our acquisition of Boca Industries grease trap services business.
