Fort Worth Grandma chases down, catches purse snatcher
Val Renfro, 65, was leaving Office Depot in Fort Worth Sunday when a man stole her purse. Renfro, however, did not let the man get away with it. She got her phone (which she carries in her bra at all times) and while on the phone with 911, Renfro chased the man down in a movie theater parking lot, hit him with her car, and then passersby started chasing the man until they caught him and held him until police showed up. You can hear the whole thing on the 911 call.

c0ldgirl, says:
I would have done the same thing if I were her. Then I saw the look on his face in the mug shot and wondered how desperate he had to feel. I don't have any sympathy for him, but they should interview him too. Makes me wonder what kind of life gets somebody to the point where they think robbing someone is worth it. Now if I could only get the Dallas detective in charge of my case to call me back. I'm going to need a freakin miracle like this lady got.
