Irving-based EF Johnson Technologies receives $5.9 million task order from Department of Defense
Company to provide Project 25 compliant radios and accessories for the DoD.

IRVING EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has received a task order totaling $5.9 million against the $50 million contract from the US Department of Defense (DoD) that the company had received earlier in the year.
"We have received a task order calling for us to provide our award-winning ES Series Project 25 compliant radios," said Michael Jalbert, chairman and chief executive officer of EF Johnson Technologies. "We are looking forward to supporting the DoD in these task orders." The company expects to ship this task order in the first quarter, Jalbert added.
