Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association bans energy drinks during games
The Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association has told coaches not to distribute energy drinks during games. As comments on the NBCDFW story indicate, energy drinks are not to be confused with sports drinks and, of course, water.

Reminds me of a sign that I occasionally see in shops, "Unattended children will be given a double shot expresso and a puppy."
It's pretty sad that a rule had to be made about something that should be common sense. Who gives that stuff to a young child?
