Dallas Stars activate forward Landon Wilson off of injured reserve
DALLAS The Dallas Stars announced today that the NHL club has activated right wing Landon Wilson from the team’s Injured Reserve List. He was placed on Injured Reserve on January 19, retroactive to January 3.
Wilson, 33, suffered an upper body injury on January 3 at the Edmonton Oilers. He has missed the last 27 games. Wilson has appeared in 19 games for Dallas this season, scoring two goals and six assists for eight points with 19 penalty minutes.
Wilson, the son of a Stars assistant coach, made quite an impact in his limited time with the Stars, and is known for his physical play, relentless forecheck and occasional flash of offensive prowess.
