Arlington activist and ex city council candidate arrested for code violations
Bill Eastland, and Arlington tax activist and former candidate for Arlington City Council, was arrested Saturday for "miscellaneous" code violations at his residence. Apparently his place was so dirty and dilapidated the city threatened to demolish the home. Maybe he should spend less money on failed political campaigns and more money on some landscaping.
