Labyrinth Theatre of Richardson closes its doors due to economy
When going to Labyrinth Theatre's site to check on any upcoming shows, I was greeted with another demise of a well-respected, award-winning theater company in DFW. Although not breaking news, the economic crisis has captured yet another victim, and Labyrinth's scheduled world premiere production of Stigma will be missed. The company operating out of Arapaho United Methodist Church has closed its doors with this message:
Unfortunately, due to the economic collapse, we have had to cease operations. We will be contacting our subscribers and supporters soon!
We apologize to all who have tried to contact us over the past few days. We had to move over to a new server and have not had email or web access. If you have sent us e-mail, please do resend as we will not have gotten it. We seem to be back now however, up and running again!
Thank you for supporting The Labyrinth Theatre!

Jason Rice says:
There are a few theatre companies honoring any outstanding season tickets.
Rover is one of them.
We got news of this last month and it sends a cold shudder through the region to lose yet another one.
