Pugs and Kelly ousted from 93.3 The Bone
Noticing the lack of Pugs and Kelly in their normal afternoon slot, DFW.com checked out the 93.3 The Bone website and found that the disc jocks weren't listed as staff on the website anymore either. Shortly after, Cumulus Radio VP Dan Bennett confirmed that the two are no longer with KDBN.
Though he didn't elaborate to DFW.com as to the reason why they were let go, Bennett stated that no other changes were planned.
This marks the second time in less than a year Pugs and Kelly in one way or another vacated a radio station, after reportedly walking out of Live 105.3 FM in July 2008.

Pugs and Kelly might be too arrogant, "walking out" from another radio gig, in less than a year? Who do they think they are,... I dunno about them anymore.

I don't know anything about a walk out but I would not blame them for leaving The Bone.
Why do you hire a talk show to just play music and traffic? Whether you liked their show or not, the radio station suffocated what they were trying to do and it was not a good match.
I wish them luck as I found their show entertaining.

I miss 'em a lot - I hope they come back tho' I suppose it's not likely. What is the deal with radio stations anyway? They move personalities around without any consideration for me - I'm the paying customer, right? Radio's my medium and I've lost a number of really good friends in the past year...P&K, Big Dick Hunter, Dr. Drew and Stryker, among the ones I miss most. Does anyone know where they are, if we're likely to have 'em back - how does one find out about these things. thanks.

Maybe I should have my hearing checked because the Pugs and Kelly I listened to were always whinning about their personal lives. H'll I would'nt have known who had the balls if I didn't see them myself. Of course they could be arrogant to balance things out!

Am I the only guy who hates all morning talk show guys equally? Even in high school, I'd have to turn the radio to the classical station, because that's the only place that would play actual music without random people I didn't know talking about random things I didn't know, and sometimes braying like jackasses I didn't know.
Don't get me wrong. In this brutal economy, it's tough hearing about anyone who may have lost their job. (Full disclosure: I didn't actually read the article. And I'm drunk. And the cops are circling the block, making this seem less relevant with every siren.)

LOL! Wow ... AM? Finally these liberal yankee chumps are where they belong. Rotting on AM Radio. I suggest they submit a resume to Wal Mart for the greeter position. That would be a nice upgrade in pay. Moving liberal radio to Texas, bust. Watching the "Fatty and Fugly Show" get flushed to AM... PRICELESS!
I give it three weeks before someone sees them hitch hiking back to Michigan or where ever the hell they are from.
