Film guy at SXSW: Robert Rodriguez, Henry Selick and surprise guest (a photo teaser)
Having just finished listening to Robert Rodriguez and Henry Selick talk about their experiences making 3D films, I can't very well be expected to write up a complete accounting so quickly. (A fellow has to eat - and see the next movie on his agenda - after all.) BUT I thought you might like to see a few snaps from the panel discussion as a kind of photo teaser.
The sequence shown here came towards the end of the proceeding, when one of the audience questioners asked if someone on the right-hand side of the auditorium cared to comment about the progress of the Red Sonja film.
(Curious, since this had nothing to do with the topic at hand.)
Well, a glimpse of the lady in pink who piped up to answer the question struck a familiar chord. She seemed oddly reminiscent of someone with a gun for a body part.
Anyway, enjoy the pics and check back later for a complete rundown on the panel discussion. (With lots more photos!)
