New environmental review points to levee issues in Trinity toll road project (duh)
According to a 4,000-page environmental report (draft) recently released, federal officials are concerned by the Trinity Parkway's impact on the sensitive levee system in the area (Really? No kidding!). Also pointing to concerns over how the toll road will be funded, the report is ultimately another hurdle cleared for the project's long environmental review process.
This report comes a month after the Army Corp of Engineers issued the Trinity River levees a failing grade.

DUH,.............Well Pussy cat when did you get back, telling us your tollway was going to be a good highway, now come on you spincter from back east, you were hired to build and help bubbas and the good old boys in the Southwest to become very important Metroplex Christian human beings
By building and exspanding Dallas into the future, near a toilet or drain, called the Trinity......River....that is not a river, it is a big creek, with lots of sand and bedrock 35 feet or more...at the bottom...A/T, ..Good luck when you hit bottom...I seen the river and plans, a big damm...Why did we do that....
