Burleson closes city offices Good Friday and Easter day

All City of Burleson facilities, except for Hidden Creek Golf Course, will be closed on Good Friday, April 10, and on Easter Sunday, April 12. There will also be no trash collection or curbside recycling collection on April 10. Regular collection schedules will resume on Monday, April 13.

But, on Saturday, April 11, the Burleson Community Center, Burleson Senior Activity Center, Burleson Animal Shelter, and Burleson Public Library will all be open. Golfers will be avoiding sand traps and trees all weekend, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., at Hidden Creek Golf Course.

Hours on Saturday, April 11:

• Burleson Animal Shelter, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Burleson Community Center, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Burleson Public Library, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Burleson Senior Activity Center, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.; 5 p.m.-9 p.m.
• Recycling Center, 8 a.m.-noon
• Compost.Mulch Center, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
