Great example of when 'No comment' should have been followed..
"We absolutely look forward to coming to an acceptable resolution and working with Greg Abbott and his team," said Heather Carmichael, vice president of legislative affairs at Credit Solutions.

Richardson-based Credit Solutions of America has some great information. I am using Credit Solutions to lower my debt. What other credit card debt solutions would you suggest.

First off, why would a company of under 1000 employees need a VP of Legistlative Affairs? That should tell you something right off the bat.
Second, I worked for CSA for about a year and I can tell you first hand everything both the TX AG and the NY AG are alleging is true. This company completely misrepresents what they will do for their customers. My guilt was killing me once I realized CSA was consciously ripping their customers off.
Third, Heather doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut. She's not nearly as smart as she thinks she is.
If you're condsidering becoming a customer of this company, please reconsider. 99 times out of a 100 they will make your problems worse.

Well, not running up a huge bill would be a good first step.
Second step is to pay the bills, I gues. When I was $15k in the hole after being hospitalized without insurance, my solution was to transfer balance to a single credit card, make payments every month.

I have had the pleasure of working at CSA. Heather, clearly you will be next up to bat to be let go from the company. Clearly for performance issues. I mean you could not even answer the questions that the reported asked. Oh wow, what do you know there are people out there that are smarter than you dum !@#. This is priceless!

NYOne's second comment had unsubstantiated information that was personal and not really germaine to the story.
