Arlington-based Easysale merges with local iSold it on eBay franchisees

Three North Texas businesses joined forces this week to make it convenient, safe and easy for consumers and businesses to sell items on eBay.

Arlington-based Easysale, Inc. has merged with Dallas-Fort Worth’s two iSold It on eBay franchisees to create a single company offering an unparalleled scope of services to help individuals and businesses profitably sell items on the world’s largest online marketplace.

In an industry first, sellers now have the choice of either dropping off their items at one of the company’s six Metroplex locations, or having the items picked up for free at their home or business. Easysale then professionally photographs and describes each item, manages the eBay listing, collects payment from the buyer, packs and ships the item and then sends the seller a check. The goal of the company is to make selling your items so easy and safe that sellers would not even consider other options.

The combined company retains the Easysale brand name. The iSold It stores in Dallas, Plano, Addison, Fort Worth and Southlake have been re-branded as Easysale retail stores, and former iSold It franchisees David Goldstein and Keith Waggoner have joined the board of Easysale to help with the development and growth of the company. In addition to the retail stores, Easysale’s 55,000-square-foot warehouse in Arlington will serve as a central distribution center for receiving, processing and shipping merchandise.
