As reported, the Dallas Cowboys training facility in Valley Ranch collapsed on Saturday afternoon (May 2) with a lot of people inside it at the time.

It's now been learned that Cowboys scouting assistant Rich Behm, 33, sustained a fracture to his thoracic spine, with the result that he has been permanently paralyzed from the waist down. Behm is listed in stable condition following the surgery to stabilize the fracture.

Behm is one of three Cowboys staffers who remained hospitalized Sunday (May 3) following the accident.
