Since the collapse of the Dallas Cowboys' practice facility resulted in the paralysis of one employee, it seems that no one wants to take the blame for the failure of the building.

The man listed as the primary engineer for the building says he was only a minor part of the project. The general contractor and civil engineer company for the building also say their involvement was minimal. Most of them say the actual builder, Summit Structures, should take the fall since the building was supposed to be able to handle up to 90 mph wind speeds, and the collapse came after a 70 mph microburst.
