Billy MacLeod campaign signs led to Dallas code violation inspections, say apartment managers
An apartment complex near Dallas Love Field hung some Billy MacLeod for City Council banners on their property in April. Coincidentally, Dallas city inspectors received six anonymous code violation complaints that same month (the first such complaints of the year).
The signs were ripped down and have since been put back up; a complaint report filed earlier this month was initiated by one of MacLeod's opponents in the District 2 Dallas City Council race, incumbent Pauline Medrano - who states she routinely files such reports on properties all over her district.
