Steakhouse maestro Rick Stein re-emerges at Screen Door in Dallas’ Arts Plaza
DALLAS Restaurateur Rick Stein, whose eponymous steakhouse was shut down last July, has re-emerged as general manager at Screen Door in downtown Dallas' Arts Plaza.
"I started this past week," Stein confirms. "I know they’re going to do a press release to promote that, but since I keep running into people, I thought it might be worth mentioning it."
Screen Door will retain its Southern cuisine emphasis but Stein points out that there is a USDA prime filet mignon on the menu.
"I'm hoping to keep a couple things in the fridge so people who know me and want a rib eye will have something they like," he says.
