Martini Park site at Legacy in Plano will become new Sambuca concept
PLANO The space previously occupied by Martini Park at the Shops at Legacy in Plano has been taken over by the owners of Sambuca and will become a place called Sambuca 360.
The owners say that they'll have plenty of food, so that'll also solve the problem Martini Park had, in which it was shut down by the city of Plano for not serving the right proportion of alcohol-to-food.
The weird thing about that NCBDFW video is the shot at 21 seconds where they do a closeup of the new owners' shoes crossing over the threshold.

So i guess Martini Park owners didn't succeed in getting the law changed.

The City of Plano DID NOT shut them down. Yes, the ordinance changed to allow bars in Shops at Legacy and Downtown Plano. Thank goodness Sambuca is coming in with good management experience. I hope it stays around a long time.
