Richland College student places third in national art competition
Richland College art student Betty Levy placed third with her oil painting titled Portrait I in the 2008-09 National League For Innovation Student Art Competition.
Ms. Levy was one of five winners in the DCCCD League exhibition at Mountain View College in January, which placed her work in the national competition.
