McCarthy Building Companies moving Dallas HQ to Coit Central Tower

DALLAS — Texas builder McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. will move its Dallas headquarters from 14131 Midway Road to Coit Central Tower, located at 12001 North Central Expressway in Dallas. The firm will be moving 41 employees from its current office that spans approximately 10,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet of office space. Jones Lang LaSalle, the leading integrated financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate, represented McCarthy in the transaction.

Lance McIlhenny and Josh White, senior vice presidents with Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office, represented McCarthy. Nathan Durham, senior vice president with PM Realty Group, represented the landlord.
