Heath City Council meets to canvass election returns, swear in new members
When the Heath City Council meets on Tuesday evening, May 19 at 7:30 p.m. (in City Hall), they'll canvass election results and declare results in the races involving four city council seats.
Then there will be discussion and appropriate action on a potential agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TX DOT) pertaining to funding for sidewalks as included in the FM 740 Phase 1 improvements project.
There'll be some discussion of how local code provisions relate to some land owned by Brad and Jennifer Lamberth, and then the agenda plays out with the issuance of the oath of office to newly elected (and declared) councilfolk.
