Craft Dallas sous chef Jeff Harris promoted to top spot
DALLAS — Note from publicist as follows:
Craft Dallas has announced a new chef de cuisine & pastry chef.
Jeff Harris, the new chef de cuisine at Craft Dallas, worked as a sous chef at the restaurant since it opened in 2006. Jeff replaces Anthony Zappola who moved to a position at Craft Los Angeles. Also, Laurel Wimberg has been promoted to pastry chef. Laurel was formerly the assistant pastry chef under Shannon Swindle, who also moved to Craft Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, I like that the DMN continues to misspell Zappola's name as "Zapolla". Can't blame it on the publicist this time!
