Dallas County DA investigator leaves handgun in Crowley Courthouse bathroom
While accidentally leaving stuff in a bathroom isn't usually cause for alarm, Dallas County DA investigator Thad LaBarre is taking some flack for what he left behind.
After visiting the Frank Crowley courthouse, LaBarre visited the 2nd floor restroom and apparently forgot to take his loaded Glock 30 Austria handgun with him when he left. Some of the worry is that restroom in particular is often visited by criminals leaving the Lew Sterrett jail.
A guard found the gun and turned it in. LaBarre later came back asking about it.
