Five-year-old girl shot while sleeping in mother’s bed in Dallas just west of 635
DALLAS Kayla Mitchell, 5, is in critical condition after being struck in the head by a bullet early Saturday while sleeping in her mother's bed at 10564 Blackjack Oaks Drive in Dallas, south of Route 80, just west of 635.
Police found at least five bullet holes in the house. Was it a drive-by? One relative is quoted as saying she had no enemies. Wow. It's not exactly on a main street. (If you hit the "street view," check out the rusted van parked in front.)

::not exactly a main street
But it is a good enough neighborhood that Mom should fear for her kid's life overnight.
If anybody up there is listening, I'd like to request quick and painful like a lightning bolt for the trigger and slow and painful like fireants for the wheel.

I wonder if google street view might be part of the problem. When you type in an address, the house you see is usually not the exact address. Particularly if the house numbers are not well marked, todays criminals might be using google street view to identify their targets to be more easily located in the dark.
