Mark Cuban going to court in insider trading case
The first hearing in the SEC's insider trading case against Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is scheduled for today, Tuesday, May 26. The hearing is actually to consider Cuban's motion to have the case dismissed. Cuban contends that the SEC's claim that he was an "insider" is false because he didn't have a fiduciary relationship with Mamma.com when he sold off his 6.3 percent stake in the company.
