Owner of Bob’s Steak & Chop House in Dallas files Chapter 11
DALLAS Bob Sambol, who owns Bob’s Steak & Chop House on Lemmon Avenue has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
He tells Nancy N. that he never recovered from his near-$2 million dollar loss in Denver and also blames the economy. The restaurant will stay open, the employees and taxes will get paid, but outstanding bills are "renegotiated".

Well the paint was wet when I went by this spot,and in realizing them steaks were worth too much....them days maybe over with, while soup ketchen's opening up as Deep Elum's theatre events ....Sorry Bob, the cigar room was way too much and had to go up in smoke......A.T, Got a light bub...
