Texas Rangers apparently think Yankees don’t, in fact, suck

Or maybe they'd just like it kept under wraps, as a loyal fan is told to change her shirt or leave the ballpark.

Kristen Knapp-Webb of Carrollton was enjoying a day at the Ballpark in Arlington with her husband on Tuesday (May 26) as they prepared to celebrate their 19th wedding anniversary by watching the Rangers take on the New York Yankees. In honor of the occasion, Kristen was wearing the "YANKEES SUCK" t-shirt that was a gift from her hubby.

Well, before the game started a ballpark security guard informed her that she'd have to change the shirt or leave the stadium. Seems that Rangers management considers the phrase "YANKEES SUCK" (repeated here in case you missed it at first reference) to be a profanity, and potentially offensive to other stadium guests.

(The ones from New York, we suppose.)

Seems like the Rangers need to worry about how much THEY suck (have sucked for how many years now?)and leave the loyal fans alone... One wonders how many of those twits out at the ball park have ever been to Yankee Stadium..Their fans make the Ranger faithful look like a bunch of sissies..

How disgusting that this political correct BS can twist words and make them something they are not. So I guess 'Yankees stink' is profane too. Freedom of speach is a right except i Texas stadium. If the Yankees can't take critism then they need to close Yankee stadium and play in a soundproof bubble. I've seen prime time TV shows using th f' word constantly and that is acceptable. Face it.. the Yankees do and apparently the yellow back Ranger stadium mgt.
