HIV-positive Frisco man sentenced to 45 years in prison for intentionally spreading disease
Philippe Padieu, an HIV-positive Frisco man who was accused of intentionally spreading the disease to at least six different women, was convicted Friday and sentenced to 45 years in prison. Padieu was convicted of six counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, five of which came with 45 year sentences and one with a 25 year sentence. All of the sentences will be served concurrently.
