Mico Rodriguez no longer involved with Screen Door at Dallas’ One Arts Plaza
Just three weeks ago, he was appointed by Lucy Billingsley to run the place.
DALLAS Mico Rodriguez, just three weeks ago hastily hired to serve as executive director at Screen Door where he'd be overseeing the day to day operations of the One Arts Plaza restaurant, is no longer affiliated with Screen Door.
Rodriguez, who did not return a call, left the restaurant this week; an acquaintance who asked not to be identified said that "he wasn't feeling very well."
Screen Door manager Jeff Armand said on Friday afternoon that "we're just moving forward with [chef] David McMillan, we're going through a lot of changes, but it's all positive changes."
