Eight Carroll ISD athletes sign letters of intent for college sports
Six of the eight athletes are female.
Eight Carroll Dragon athletes will be signing National Letters of Intent with a college or university at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. The ceremony will be held in the Carroll Senior High School library. The following student-athletes will be signing:
- Thomas Birdsey - golf - Kansas State
- Deborah Chandler - basketball - Cedarville (Ohio) University
- Claire Durham - lacrosse - Presbyterian (S.C.) College
- Chelsea Dunlap - swimming - Yale
- Christie Groh - basketball - Fort Lewis (Colo.) College
- Claire Singley - swimming - Penn State
- Sean O'Connor - baseball - Dallas Baptist University
- Jenna Lopes - softball - University of Dayton
