FORT WORTH A U.S. flag flown over a military facility in the Middle East will fly over the Fort Worth ISD Administration Building on Veterans Day Wednesday.
The flag is being provided to the district by the spouse of a district employee. A certificate of authenticity will also be presented.
At 7 a.m. on Wednesday, a JROTC contingent from North Side High School will hoist the flag on the roof of the Administration Building. Co-workers of the employee who provided the flag will also attend.
The Fort Worth ISD is extremely proud of the contributions made to the armed forces by members of its immediate and extended family. The district extends a sincere “thank you!” to all those who have served and who continue to serve.
