Improv comedy club to open branch at Arlington Highlands in December
New club will have a novel "in the round" format.
ARLINGTON A second area branch of The Improv Comedy Club is set to open in Arlington in December, along with an adjacent restaurant called Fat Fish Blue.
Trey Belew, a spokesman at the Addison Improv, confirmed that the Arlington outlet will open "in late December."
The Arlington location will have an "in the round" format and will be located in the West-Village-y Arlington Highlands retail center.
Acts will sometimes but not always include those who play the Addison club. Arlington will also have a "dueling piano" feature where attendees can sing along.
The menu at Fat Fish Blue menu will specialize in Louisiana-Creole cuisine but also offer traditional American favorites such as burgers.
