Lake Dallas hosting Halloween celebration on October 30

Event is free and includes refreshments, games, prizes, candy, bounce house, and more Halloween festivities.

— Lake Dallas and the Lake Cities Sun will host the City’s annual Halloween Celebration on Friday, October 30 from 4-6 p.m. outside of Lake Dallas City Hall.

Come in costume to city hall for family-friendly, safe trick-or-treating. The event is free and includes refreshments, games, prizes, candy, a bounce house, and many more Halloween festivities.

“Last year the weather was perfect and we had an excellent turn out. We look forward to seeing the same again this year,” said Shannon Fields, special events coordinator.

Hay rides will load kids up at city hall and then take the trick-or-treaters to Main Street and other close businesses who will be waiting to give out candy and other goodies to ghost, witches, super heroes, and fairy princesses. Other merchants and games will be set up in the parking lot of city hall to join in the Halloween celebration.

Join Lake Dallas and the Lake Cities Sun this Halloween as City Hall transforms into a Halloween playground complete with costumes, candy, fun, and games.

For more information on the Lake Dallas & Lake Cities Sun Halloween Celebration or to sign up as a volunteer, call Shannon Fields at 940-497-2226 x132 or visit the Special Events page.
