Dallas is city with most teenage repeat births in the U.S.
Dallas had the highest percentage of repeat teen births, or 28%, in the U.S. in 2006, the most recent year they could survey.
Texas ranked as the highest state, with 23%, and five of the 15 worst-ranked cities are in Texas.
Child well-being groups hope that this will encourage a rethinking of the state's abstinence-only sex education and encourage a greater availability of contraceptives.

I dont buy that,I read the article about the Texas Pot or Pop Festival and they wrote and told all finally... about Hippies, going nude, overdose on drugs and killing folks... like the Mansons....40 Year later.. the News admit's they hyped the terror in the event,caused the promoters to loose 100.000 bucks and scare people away, now we got sex monster's..in the Metroplex...A/T, I Was born a mutant in Texas because I was told I was one....
