KISS to play American Airlines Center in Dallas on December 6
KISS will be touring in celebration of its 35th year of recorded history.
KISS, in celebration of its 35th year of recorded history and the release of their soon to be released latest Sonic Boom, will embark on a U.S. Tour that sees them coming to the American Airlines Center on December 6th, with special guests Buckcherry. This new tour is said to feature a new stage set**, lighting and pyro, plus a healthy dose of their catalog and select tracks from Sonic Boom (**They have carted the same stage set out now since Psycho Circus in '98). This line-up of KISS will feature Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley along with Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer, so no Ace or Peter for this trek.
Later this month KISS will be performing two nights at the famed Detroit Cobo Hall revisiting their Alive! album (Cobo is where the initial raw recordings were done). Now that would be worth the travel costs to see, especially if they stripped down the set to the original Dressed To Kill tour set and costumes.
As far as the latest tour, check on www.kissonline.com for ticketing info. This is an AEG Live tour.
