Five attorneys from Dallas firm Gruber Hurst honored in Texas Super Lawyers list

DALLAS — The Dallas litigation firm of Gruber Hurst Johansen & Hail LLP is pleased to announce that five firm attorneys are being honored among the state’s top legal counsel the 2009 Texas Super Lawyers listing.

Once again, partners G. Michael Gruber, Brian N. Hail, Michael K. Hurst, Mark L. Johansen and Mark A. Shank are highlighted on the annual listing of the premier attorneys in Texas.

Mr. Gruber, Mr. Hurst and Mr. Shank again are earning special recognition this year in the listing of the Top 100 attorneys in Dallas-Fort Worth. Mr. Gruber and Mr. Hurst also are ranked among the Top 100 attorneys in the state.

To compile the Texas Super Lawyers listing, nominations were solicited from more than 70,000 attorneys across Texas. A blue-ribbon panel of lawyers chosen by the Texas Super Lawyers editors then assisted with final selections before naming fewer than 5 percent of the state’s attorneys to be included in the final list.

Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail was formed in 2006 and provides legal counsel on complex business litigation, including securities, employment, intellectual property, products liability and other commercial cases.
