A male Black Labrador has been found in East Dallas

It has been reported that a male Black Labrador has been found. The unknown Labrador was found on Gaston Avenue in the East Dallas area. The caring citizen reports that the dog was wearing a choke collar with a partial bed sheet attached. If you recognize him, please contact: 214.969.4831
