Bass Pro development in Garland on Lake Ray Hubbard for sale
Lake Ray Hubbard — A post on the Garland Citizens Forum tipped us off that the Harbor Point Bass Pro Development is for sale for $29 million.
It appears that the City of Garland owns the property, but with a very favorable leaseback arrangement for the tenants. There are a lot of tax machinations to make the deal more viable, and plans for a Holiday Inn to be built.
