Frisco sexperts give love and relationship advice

No more creepy old ladies with dolls, a banana, and a tube of KY Jelly. Dan and Jennifer discuss sex, relationships, answer questions, and give advice on their website AskDanandJennifer.com.

With topics like “How to Get More Sex Into Your Relationship” and “Female Orgasm Tips: Parts 1-6,” AskDanandJennifer.com has quickly become one of the web’s most popular sex and advice sites, with over 300,000 hits a month, and their YouTube videos — shot weekly from their Frisco apartment — receive millions of hits. Their audience ranges from curious couples, hormonal teens, and Dallas-based freelance writers who secretly visit the site in the name of “research.”

We’re in “the love and sex business,” says Dan Baritichi, 31, a smiling, outgoing Romanian immigrant. Both he and his life partner of seven years, Jennifer Hunt, 40, an ash blonde divorced mother of two from Weatherford, are recovering techies who launched the site three years ago. They started the site following a couple of other ventures, including an adult dating site and blog, but they really found their niche with this site. There are daily quizzes, links to resources, product reviews, and online forums where fans share concerns and questions like: Should I tell him that I love him or should I say nothing?

But as day jobs go, they have it pretty good. I mean, how many of your working friends get free porn in the mail as part of their day job? Really. But don’t get your Baptists Boxers in a bunch. Dan and Jennifer keep it clean (OK, a little bit dirty too). “We talk, we don’t show,” said Jennifer, who describes the site as strictly PG-13. It’s informative, suggestive, fun, and has helped build their relationship as well. “When we have sex, we really enjoy it,” says Dan with a smile. “When you’re living your passion, it’s not work.”
